your fuzzies ship within 3 business days of purchase (ready to ship items). please allow up to 2 weeks from purchase for made to order items, like the Farm Fluff Art Batt Clubs and Surprise Batts. once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can stalk your mailperson ;)

returns / exchanges

the Nessaland creatures hope that you are totally in love with your fluff! if for any reason you're not pleased, please do contact us as soon as possible so we can work it out. (returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase, for defective woollies and errors on our part only. buyer pays return shipping. surprise and club batts may not be returned, but you may trade with other Nessaland Lovers!) 

here in Nessaland, we try to be kind to the Earth in as many ways as we can. you'll find this reflected in our shipping materials:

we use 88% & 100% (depending on size) recycled poly mailers from a company local to us in Colorado.

if your order is too big for a poly mailer, we'll pack it into a small cardboard box that we've used to bring our groceries home (more often than not, on a bicycle)

and as always...

 your fibers are gift wrapped with love and gratitude in recycled tissue paper, and tied with pretty yarn, spun by my own hands.
